UnionWest student resident community is part of the UCF Downtown and Valencia College Downtown campus at Creative Village. UnionWest is open to UCF and Valencia College students and is the first opportunity for Valencia College students to live in on-campus purpose-built student housing.
When you live at UnionWest, you are only steps away from your downtown classes, internships and professional opportunities along with all the dining, entertainment and culture Downtown Orlando has to offer.
UnionWest has three different 4-bedroom floorplans to suit the needs of many types of students. Floorplans range from a shared bedroom in a suite to a private bedroom and bathroom in an apartment style unit. All units are fully furnished and include utilities.
Each residential floor has a “gathering area” with a full kitchen, study and social space and a laundry room. The Collaborative is the 6th floor resident-only club with a lounge, gaming/media center and outdoor patio outlooking Downtown Orlando and Luminary Green Park.
You can live, attend class, play, go to the gym and grab a bite to eat all in one building!
