UnionWest Student Living is purpose-built student housing at the UCF Downtown and Valencia College Downtown campus in Downtown Orlando at Creative Village. UnionWest is officially designated as UCF Downtown Campus Affiliated Housing. The community is open to students from UCF and Valenica College, and it is the first opportunity for Valencia College students to live in on-campus student housing.

UnionWest offers three different 4-bedroom floorplans to suit the needs of many types of students. All units are fully furnished and include utilities.
Each residential floor has a “gathering area” with a full kitchen, study and social space. There is also a laundry room on each floor. The resident-only clubhouse includes a lounge, gaming/media center, study areas and outdoor skydeck with stunning views of Downtown Orlando and Luminary Green Park.
