Future phases run through 2031 and include office, commercial, residential and hotel, as well as parks and open space.

UCF DOWNTOWN AND VALENCIA COLLEGE DOWNTOWN CAMPUS

The University of Central Florida (UCF), in partnership with Valencia College, created a best-in-the-nation full-service campus for general education, digital media, communication, public services, legal studies, healthcare management programs and culinary and hospitality at Creative Village. The first phase opened in August 2019 and serves over 8,000 students/faculty/staff on a new campus in Downtown Orlando. Long term plans include 10,000 to 15,000 students. UCF, the second largest public university in the nation, relocated digital media, communication, public services and health-related programs from their main campus. Valencia College offers general education, job training and a world-class culinary arts and hospitality program in partnership with Walt Disney World®. UCF and Valencia are also providing student support services, creating a new vibrant, full-service campus in the heart of Downtown Orlando.
